•Clean yourself. Try to take a shower and wash your face, you’ll feel better afterwards
•Eat a healthy snack every once in a while instead of snacking on junk food
•Drink water every day so you can stay hydrated! 8 glasses of water is highly recommended
•Make a list of all the things that make you happy. Writing out your feelings definitely helps
•Taking a long walk to clear your thoughts and surrounding yourself with nature
•Open your window to get some clean, cool air in. That always helps me to relax
•Take a breath and give yourself a break. You might not know it but you always need a personal break
